# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Turn your oven to 450°F (230°C). Put parchment on a baking sheet or just oil it a bit. Mix chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a big bowl. Toss in 2 tablespoons flour and the parmesan. Next, pour beaten egg and spicy sauce all over. Stir until chicken gets coated well. Now add the rest of your flour (1/2 cup), with turmeric and smoky paprika. Toss everything so all pieces get an even coating.
02 - Lay out all chicken pieces on your baking sheet with some space between them. Brush some oil or melted butter on top to make them extra crispy. Stick them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until they look golden and crisp up nicely.
03 - While chicken bakes, let's make the sauce. Put honey, spicy sauce, cayenne, chipotle powder, and both garlic and onion powders in a small pot. Warm it all on low heat just until it's hot but don't let it boil up.
04 - Pour warm honey sauce over your crispy chicken or put it on the side for dipping. Top with some green onions, parsley, or cilantro if you like. If your sauce gets too thick, just warm it for a quick 5 seconds in the microwave.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Swap in gluten-free flour if you can't handle gluten or are cooking for someone who can't.
