Tender chicken, honey, and bell peppers come together in a satisfying sweet and spicy pasta meal.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 300 g fettuccine pasta or pasta of choice
03 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup (60 ml) pure honey
05 - 1/4 cup (60 ml) low-sodium soy sauce
06 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
07 - 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Optional Garnish

09 - Chili flakes, to taste
10 - Green onions, chopped

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Cook fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with freshly ground black pepper. Sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 6–8 minutes per batch. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside; slice into strips.
03 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and bell pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and bell pepper has softened slightly.
04 - Lower heat to medium and stir in honey and low-sodium soy sauce. Let sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
05 - Return sliced chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add cooked pasta and optional chili flakes, tossing well to ensure even distribution of sauce.
06 - Transfer pasta to serving plates and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best flavor, use freshly minced garlic and high-quality honey.
