# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Chunks

01 - 1 lb chicken breast, diced into small pieces
02 - Paprika, salt, and pepper for seasoning
03 - 1/2 cup cornstarch or flour for dredging
04 - 2 tbsp oil for cooking

→ Sweet Peppery Glaze

05 - 1/4 cup honey
06 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
07 - 1 tsp black pepper
08 - 1 tbsp hot sauce (skip if you don't like spicy)
09 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

→ Noodles

10 - 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
11 - 2 tbsp butter
12 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
13 - 1 cup heavy cream
14 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
15 - Salt and pepper according to your taste
16 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Cook your pasta in water with salt until it's firm to bite. Drain the water and put the pasta aside.
02 - Mix your chicken pieces with paprika, salt, and pepper. Roll them in cornstarch or flour. Warm up oil in a pan and cook chicken until it's crunchy and golden. Put it aside.
03 - Mix honey, soy sauce, black pepper, hot sauce (if you want it spicy), and chopped garlic in a small pot. Let it bubble gently until it gets a bit thick. Toss your crunchy chicken in this mix.
04 - Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Throw in the garlic and cook until you can smell it. Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan, stirring until everything's smooth. Mix in your cooked pasta until it's well coated.
05 - Mix your creamy pasta with the sticky sweet chicken. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and dig in right away.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Try using cornstarch instead of flour for extra crunch in your chicken.
02 - Let the sweet peppery sauce cook down enough so it sticks to the chicken better.
