Get your oven hot at 300°C.

Lay out 36 small vanilla wafers on a paper-lined baking tray. Put one tiny peanut butter cup on each wafer.

Stick the tray in the oven for exactly 90 seconds. Don't leave them any longer.

Take out the tray and top each candy with another vanilla wafer. Push down gently so you don't squish the peanut butter cup.

Pop the tray in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes till the chocolate firms up.

Combine and melt your chocolate and peanut butter chips in a water bath or zap them in the microwave. If you want, add a bit of coconut oil to make it runnier.

Dip each sandwich into the melty chocolate mix with a fork. Shake off extra chocolate before putting them back on the tray.

Chill in the fridge until the outside layer gets hard.
