Cookie Bites Tagalong Style (Printable Version)

Chocolate and peanut butter cookie bites with wafers.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cookies and treats

01 - 72 small vanilla wafers
02 - 1 7-ounce package tiny peanut butter cups, papers removed

→ Sweet coating

03 - 5 ounces dark or milk chocolate bits or melting discs (roughly 1 cup)
04 - 5 ounces nutty peanut butter chips (roughly 1 cup)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Get your oven hot at 300°C.
02 - Lay out 36 small vanilla wafers on a paper-lined baking tray. Put one tiny peanut butter cup on each wafer.
03 - Stick the tray in the oven for exactly 90 seconds. Don't leave them any longer.
04 - Take out the tray and top each candy with another vanilla wafer. Push down gently so you don't squish the peanut butter cup.
05 - Pop the tray in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes till the chocolate firms up.
06 - Combine and melt your chocolate and peanut butter chips in a water bath or zap them in the microwave. If you want, add a bit of coconut oil to make it runnier.
07 - Dip each sandwich into the melty chocolate mix with a fork. Shake off extra chocolate before putting them back on the tray.
08 - Chill in the fridge until the outside layer gets hard.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Keep these little treats in a sealed box for up to 2 weeks.
02 - If you're using bigger vanilla wafers, you'll need to melt more chocolate.
