# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - ¾ cup condensed milk with sugar
02 - 1 ½ teaspoons mint extract
03 - 4 cups sugar powder

→ Coating

04 - 1 pound chocolate bark with almonds
05 - Colorful sprinkles, if wanted

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Stir the condensed milk with the mint extract together in a big bowl.
02 - With your electric mixer, slowly blend in the sugar powder until you get a firm dough that won't stick to your fingers.
03 - Take the dough and make small balls, put them on paper-lined tray, then squish them into 2-inch circles about 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Stick the tray in your freezer and let the circles harden for roughly an hour.
05 - Heat up the almond chocolate bark in your microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring until it's all smooth.
06 - Drop each mint patty into the melted chocolate, wipe off extra chocolate, and set back on the paper. Add sprinkles on top if you want.
