Mango Smoothie Fast (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 2 cups frozen mango chunks
02 - 1 frozen banana
03 - 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
04 - 14 ounces (about 1 and 3/4 cups) lite coconut milk
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Right after blending, pour everything into glasses. Enjoy it cold and creamy right away.
02 - Let your blender run on high for 30 to 60 seconds. Make sure it's totally smooth and thick. If anything sticks, stop and scrape the sides down.
03 - Go with a low speed at first, then ramp it up to high. If stuff gets stuck, use your blender's tamper to help move it toward the blades.
04 - Throw frozen mango, banana, vanilla Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract into your Vitamix or any strong blender. Add everything in whatever order you like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want it lighter with island vibes? Swap out coconut milk for a coconut-almond mix. Plain Greek yogurt makes it less sweet. Add more honey if that's your thing. Using a frozen banana helps it stay creamy; a regular banana makes it more pourable. Pure maple syrup is great if you skip honey. Leftovers last one night in a closed glass jar in the fridge or a couple months frozen solid.
