# What You'll Need:

→ Burger Patties

01 - 340 g ground chuck
02 - 115 g ground beef ham
03 - 1 tablespoon ginger paste
04 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon sambal chili paste

→ Burger Assembly

09 - 2 to 4 Hawaiian sandwich rolls
10 - 1 red onion, sliced
11 - 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced
12 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
13 - 2 to 4 slices Swiss cheese
14 - 120 ml extra teriyaki sauce

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Toss ground chuck and beef ham into your bowl. Add in sambal, teriyaki, garlic, ginger, pepper, and salt. Give everything a crazy good mix. Shape into burgers, then press your thumb or a spoon in the center to make a small dip.
02 - Drop red onion rings onto a hot grill pan. Let 'em cook, stirring every so often. You'll know they're ready when they're soft, golden, and getting a little sticky.
03 - Sprinkle brown sugar on pineapple rings. Grill both sides until they're golden-brown and sticky-sweet around the edges.
04 - Place patties on the grill, set to medium-high. Brush with teriyaki sauce as they cook. Let them grill until they hit your perfect doneness.
05 - When burger patties are almost done, lay Swiss cheese on top. Give it just a minute for the cheese to melt into gooey perfection.
06 - Start with Hawaiian rolls, set a patty on each. Pile on some caramelized onions, add grilled pineapple, and pour on extra teriyaki if you feel like it. Go ahead and dig in while it's hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Stick those uncooked patties in the fridge for a little while before grilling. Makes 'em stay together way better.
