Toss ground chuck and beef ham into your bowl. Add in sambal, teriyaki, garlic, ginger, pepper, and salt. Give everything a crazy good mix. Shape into burgers, then press your thumb or a spoon in the center to make a small dip.

Drop red onion rings onto a hot grill pan. Let 'em cook, stirring every so often. You'll know they're ready when they're soft, golden, and getting a little sticky.

Sprinkle brown sugar on pineapple rings. Grill both sides until they're golden-brown and sticky-sweet around the edges.
