Hamburger Green Bean (Printable Version)

Cheesy beef, soft green beans, a creamy mushroom blend, and crispy onions—easy comfort you’ll want seconds of.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - Black pepper, as much as you like
02 - Salt, add to your liking
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 120 ml milk
06 - 1 can (298 g) cream of mushroom soup
07 - 1 can (425 g) green beans, drained
08 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Toppings

09 - 85 g crispy fried onions
10 - 115 g cheddar cheese, shredded

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Wait a bit before you start cutting into it and passing out pieces. That helps it keep its shape.
02 - Toss those French fried onions across the top and slide it back in the oven for another 5–10 minutes. You want the onions bubbling and turning a nice golden brown.
03 - Stick your dish into the oven that’s already hot. Let it go for about 25 minutes until the cheese melts and the insides are hot and yummy.
04 - Take some butter or a nonstick spray and cover your 23x33 cm dish. Pour in the filling, spread it out, and throw the cheddar on top.
05 - Grab a big bowl and toss in the cooked ground beef, drained green beans, onion powder, garlic powder, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and some salt and pepper. Stir it all up so it’s good and blended.
06 - Put your skillet on medium heat, chuck in the ground beef, and break it apart as it cooks. Once it's all browned, get rid of any extra fat.
07 - Crank your oven up to 175°C (350°F) and let it get nice and hot before you start baking.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Getting rid of that extra beef fat will keep your dish from ending up greasy.
02 - Giving it time to rest before slicing makes it taste better and lets the filling firm up.
