01 -
Pour that hot balsamic sauce over your chicken stacks and dig in while it's nice and warm.
02 -
Toss balsamic vinegar and some light brown sugar into a little pot. Let it bubble on medium, giving it a quick stir now and then, about 10 minutes. Once it’s thickened up and half-gone, just leave it on low so it stays warm.
03 -
Grab your chicken off the grill. Lay a tomato slice on each one and sprinkle plenty of fresh basil up top.
04 -
Set a slice of mozzarella right on each chicken breast. Shut the lid for a couple minutes ’til it’s melty.
05 -
Hit your grill rack with a shot of non-stick spray. Drop on the chicken and leave it alone for about 6 or 7 minutes each side ’til it’s just about cooked.
06 -
Fire up the grill to medium-high. Grab your chicken breasts and hit both sides with that seasoning blend, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and a little pepper.
