01 -
Put some parchment on a baking tray or lightly grease a loaf pan first. Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) so it can preheat while you prep.
02 -
Toss the ground chicken in a big bowl, then add the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic (minced), onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir just until it looks evenly mixed—don't go overboard on mixing.
03 -
Make a loaf shape from the mixture and pop it onto your tray or in the pan. Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the center gets up to 165°F (74°C).
04 -
While the loaf's in the oven, melt butter on medium heat in your small pan. Toss in the garlic and cook for a minute or two. Add in parsley and Parmesan—give it another few minutes 'til it thickens up a bit. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt at the end.
05 -
When your loaf's almost done, coat it with that buttery topping. Shove it back in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes 'til the crust gets slightly golden.
06 -
Take it out, and give it 5 minutes to settle before you slice. Top with extra parsley if you want and dig in!
