Right before serving, brush the chicken with the pan juices. Throw on some cilantro and green onions for a pop of color.

When air frying's done, pop the chicken under the broiler for a couple minutes. That way you'll get a nice golden crust.

Cook at 320°F (160°C) in the air fryer for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken partway through. Make sure it hits 165°F (74°C) inside so it's safe.

Lay the chicken out in one layer on the lined tray. Use up any leftover miso mix and pour it right over the top for extra juicy bites.

Cover your air fryer basket or tray with foil or baking paper. This helps keep cleanup easy and stops sticking.

Drop the chicken thighs into your marinade. Rub them well, making sure every piece gets covered.
