Bacon Garlic Butter Stack (Printable Version)

Tortillas stuffed with gooey cheese, crunchy bacon, and garlicky butter, baked then cut for simple sharing.

# What You'll Need:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
02 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced up
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Rollups

06 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (you can skip these)
07 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
08 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
09 - 12 bacon strips, cooked then crumbled
10 - 6 big flour tortillas

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Combine the parsley, salt, black pepper, melted butter, and garlic in a small bowl. Give it a good stir and leave it to hang out for a bit.
02 - Pop your oven on at 190°C (375°F). Lay each tortilla out flat on the counter so they’re ready to fill.
03 - Grab a brush and slather garlic butter over each tortilla. Add the bacon crumbles, toss on cheddar and mozzarella, and sprinkle some chives if you’ve got them.
04 - Starting at one edge, roll the tortillas up snug. Line them up seam-side down on your parchment-covered baking tray.
05 - Swipe the leftover garlic butter on top of each rollup. Slide the tray into the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes. Look for the cheese to bubble and the tops to get golden.
06 - Let the rollups chill for a minute or two. Slice them into little pinwheels and set them on a tray. Dive in while they’re still warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Wanna make them crispier? Pop the rollups on a wire rack over your tray before baking.
