Take the sandwiches out of the pan, slice them if you want, and dig in while they're hot and melty inside.

Flip your sandwiches with a spatula and let them cook for about 4 or 5 more minutes. You're aiming for the top to get golden brown and the cheese to be oozy.

Warm up a big pan over low heat, then gently set your sandwiches in. Toast them for about 4-5 minutes till the underside gets crisp and golden.

Put a layer of cheese over two bread slices, keeping the buttered sides facing down. Lay the other two slices on top, buttered side up, so you’ve got a couple of sandwiches.

Slather some of your garlic butter all over one side of each piece of bread.

Just grab a small bowl and squish together your softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley with a spoon till it’s all mixed up.
