02 - 1/2 cup tomato pizza topping
03 - 1 cup grated mozzarella
04 - 4 big eggs
05 - 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon or sausage
06 - 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
07 - 1/4 cup black olives, cut into rounds

08 - 1/4 tsp oregano, dried
09 - 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
10 - Salt and pepper as needed

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Warm your oven to 375°F (190°C) and put parchment paper on a baking tray.
02 - Arrange the halved English muffins on your tray with the cut part facing upward.
03 - Put some pizza sauce on each muffin piece, then add mozzarella. Throw on your crumbled bacon or sausage, bell peppers, and black olives.
04 - Pop them in the hot oven for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese gets bubbly and melts.
