Strawberry Lime Cooler (Printable Version)

Lively lime and juicy strawberries blend up in a sunny, fruity drink you’ll reach for all season.

# What You'll Need:

→ Simple Syrup

01 - 100 g white sugar
02 - 120 ml water

→ Fruit and Juice

03 - 680 g ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced
04 - 360 ml fresh lime juice

→ Dilution

05 - 1.4 litres chilled water

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Let the sugar melt into boiling water while you stir it up. Once you can’t see any sugar, pull it off the stove and leave it alone until it cools down.
02 - Put your cooled syrup, lime juice, and cut-up strawberries in a blender. Mix it all up until it’s super smooth without chunks.
03 - Pour your blended mix into a big jug. Add cold water. Stir well, then take a taste. Want more zing or sweetness? Go ahead and splash in more lime or sprinkle in some sugar.
04 - Fill up glasses with ice, then pour your strawberry-lime drink over. For a little flair, toss in some extra lime slices or chopped berries on top.
05 - For a smaller sip, mix 80 ml cold water with 90 ml of that blended strawberry-lime goodness. Pour straight over ice and you’re set.

# Additional Notes:

01 - If you can get your hands on extra sweet strawberries, this’ll turn out even better. Taste as you go so it matches your style. Leave it in the fridge or serve it over ice for a cool treat.
