Grab your hand mixer and beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until it’s nice and creamy. Wipe the bowl sides down now and then so it all gets mixed.

Next, toss in that dry cheesecake pudding mix and keep mixing 'til it looks totally blended.

Turn your mixer to low. Slowly pour in a splash of French vanilla creamer—do just a spoonful at a time. Let each bit mix in before you add more. Keep going until it's all smooth and silky. Pop it in the fridge while you chop the fruit.

Drop those banana slices in a big bowl. Splash them with lemon juice and toss so they’re all covered, then pour off the extra juice. Add blueberries and strawberries, and mix everything together gently so you don’t smash the fruit.

Take the chilled creamy mixture and softly fold it in with the fruit. You want it all coated but don’t stir too hard.
