Heat your oven to 375 degrees or set your air fryer to 350. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Keep this for later brushing.

Take apart the biscuit dough cans and flatten each biscuit into round shapes with your hands.

Put some mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni pieces right in the middle of each dough circle.

Pinch the edges tightly so nothing spills out, then roll each into a smooth ball.

Place the balls seam side down on the sheet. Brush butter mix on top. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or air fry about 8 until golden.

Let them cool a bit before serving. Try dipping them in marinara sauce or ranch if you like.
