Pepperoni Pizza Bites (Printable Version)

Golden biscuit dough wraps gooey mozzarella and pepperoni slices, all brushed with garlic butter for a tasty cheesy treat.

# What You'll Need:

01 - A can of refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 ounces
02 - Half a cup of small pepperoni slices
03 - One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
04 - Two tablespoons of melted butter
05 - Three quarters of a cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - One teaspoon garlic powder

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Heat your oven to 375 degrees or set your air fryer to 350. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Keep this for later brushing.
03 - Take apart the biscuit dough cans and flatten each biscuit into round shapes with your hands.
04 - Put some mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni pieces right in the middle of each dough circle.
05 - Pinch the edges tightly so nothing spills out, then roll each into a smooth ball.
06 - Place the balls seam side down on the sheet. Brush butter mix on top. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or air fry about 8 until golden.
07 - Let them cool a bit before serving. Try dipping them in marinara sauce or ranch if you like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Make sure to pinch the dough well so the stuff inside won’t leak out while cooking.
