Low Carb Chicken Bake (Printable Version)

Chicken, bacon, cheese, and broccoli baked together for a fast, tasty low-carb meal people can't get enough of.

# What You'll Need:

→ Casserole

01 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1 cup ranch dressing
03 - 5 cups broccoli florets or a pound of thawed, squeezed-dry frozen spinach
04 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped up small
05 - 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
06 - 4 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
07 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Topping

08 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Optional

10 - 1 to 3 teaspoons ranch seasoning powder

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Switch your oven on to 375°F (191°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Got frozen spinach? Let it thaw and squeeze out every drop of extra water. Working with broccoli? Dunk florets in boiling water for a minute or two till they turn bright green. Drain well.
03 - Toss the cooked chicken, bacon, prepped veggies, chopped garlic, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup each mozzarella and cheddar into a big bowl. If you're using the ranch seasoning, throw that in too. Stir until it all looks mixed and blended.
04 - Dump everything into a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish and spread it out to make an even layer.
05 - Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses all over the top, so every bite gets cheesy.
06 - Let it bake for about 15 minutes. When the cheese is bubbly and everything's hot, pull it out and serve right away.
