Gooey Brownie Delight (Printable Version)

A rich, fudgy pie loaded with chocolate chips and an oozy middle—makes every chocolate fan happy.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1.25 ml fine salt
02 - 1.25 ml baking powder
03 - 65 g plain flour
04 - 5 ml vanilla extract
05 - 200 g granulated sugar
06 - 3 large eggs
07 - 510 g semi-sweet chocolate chips, split up
08 - 85 g unsalted butter

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Once it’s done, let that brownie pie chill completely in the pan before you try to cut it. Want it extra lush? Drop some hot fudge on top before serving each slice.
02 - Grab your greased pan, pour in the batter, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. When the middle rises up and the top looks cracked, take it out.
03 - Sprinkle in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Gently mix until just blended. At the end, add the rest of your chocolate chips and swirl them in too.
04 - Spoon the cooled chocolate mix into the fluffy egg and sugar mixture. Stir it together but don’t overdo it.
05 - Toss eggs, sugar, and vanilla into your stand mixer. Whip on medium-high for around 3 minutes until the mix is pale and looks light and airy.
06 - Use a microwave on 50% or a double boiler to gently melt 340 g chocolate chips with butter, mixing every 30 seconds for smooth results. Let it sit to cool a little.
07 - Fire up your oven to 175°C first. Next, grease either a 23 cm pie dish or springform pan.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For nice, sharp brownie edges, let it completely cool before you cut it.
