# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, cut into small pieces
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, chopped into blocks
05 - 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
06 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted down
07 - 1 tablespoon parsley, finely cut

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Cook the ground beef with chopped garlic in a pan until brown, then drain off any fat.
02 - Add the chopped Parmesan and cheddar chunks to your cooked beef and stir everything together.
03 - Push each biscuit flat, put some beef mixture in the middle, fold it over and press the edges shut tight.
