Set your oven to 375°F. Cook the ground beef with chopped garlic in a pan until brown, then drain off any fat.

Add the chopped Parmesan and cheddar chunks to your cooked beef and stir everything together.

Push each biscuit flat, put some beef mixture in the middle, fold it over and press the edges shut tight.

Arrange your stuffed biscuits on a lined tray. Coat with melted butter and cook for 12-15 minutes till they turn golden.

Let them cool a bit, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and eat while they're still warm.
