07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1/2 cup milk
09 - 1/2 cup mayo

→ Vegetables and Aromatics

10 - 1 garlic clove, chopped up
11 - 1/4 cup celery, chopped tiny
12 - 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped small
13 - 1/4 cup onion, diced fine
14 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ Seafood

15 - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and cleaned

→ Crust

16 - 1 9-inch raw pie shell

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Once you take it out of the oven, let it chill for 10 minutes so it’s easier to slice. Now dig in.
02 - Put the pie in the oven and bake until the top gets golden and the middle is set—usually takes about half an hour.
03 - Pile the cooked veggies and shrimp into the pie crust so that it’s all spread out. Pour your custard over the top, then cover everything with shredded cheese.
04 - In a big bowl, mix together mayo and milk really well. Toss in the eggs, Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Give it all a good whisk till smooth.
05 - Heat up the butter in a skillet over medium. Throw in the garlic, celery, bell pepper, and onion, and cook till they’re soft. Add the shrimp and stir them around till they turn pink. Drain off any juices and take off heat.
06 - Get your oven going at 425°F (220°C). Pop the empty pie crust on a baking sheet.

# Additional Notes:

01 - You can make it ahead and just warm it gently later.
02 - Want it spicier? Splash a bit of hot sauce in your filling.
03 - Try mixing different cheese types if you want more flavor going on.
04 - Eating it with a simple green salad and chilled white wine makes it feel fancy.
05 - Go for Gulf shrimp if you want real Florida vibes.
