01 - 2 chunks of salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 8 oz pasta ribbons
03 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
05 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1 cup thick cream
07 - ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
08 - ½ teaspoon regular salt
09 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - ½ teaspoon chili flakes, if you want some heat
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon
12 - Handful of chopped fresh parsley for topping

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Cook your fettuccine till it's tender but still firm. Drain the water and put it aside.
02 - Add some salt and pepper to your salmon chunks. Warm up olive oil in your pan and cook the fish about 3 minutes each side till it's golden. Take it out and set it aside.
03 - Using the same pan, drop in the butter and cook the garlic till you can smell it. Add your cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and chili flakes. Keep stirring till everything blends together.
04 - Mix your cooked pasta into the creamy sauce, then place the cooked salmon on the top.
05 - Throw some fresh parsley on top and dig in!
