03 - 1/4 cup whole milk to mix with eggs
04 - 6 large eggs
05 - Cooking spray
06 - 1 pre-cooked pizza crust, 12-inch round
07 - A splash of olive oil if you want

→ Sausage Gravy

08 - A package (16 ounces) breakfast sausage
09 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
10 - Some black pepper, use as you like
11 - 2 cups whole milk, pour in slowly

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Sprinkle crispy onions over the warm pizza right when it comes out of the oven. Cut it up and enjoy while it's still hot.
02 - Pop your pizza into the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. You'll know it's done when the cheese is gooey and bubbling and the crust turns golden.
03 - Pile the cooked eggs right on top of the sausage gravy layer. Sprinkle cheddar cheese all over next.
04 - Crack the eggs into a medium bowl, add the 1/4 cup milk, and whisk until it's all mixed up. Spray your big skillet with cooking spray, set it on medium-high, then pour in the eggs. Stir them gently. Take the eggs off while they're still creamy and soft, not too firm—takes about 5 minutes.
05 - Heat up your oven to 400F (200C). Lay out the pre-made crust on a baking sheet. Brush a bit of olive oil on if you like extra flavor. Scoop half the sausage gravy on and spread it out evenly.
06 - Drop sausage chunks into a big skillet. Set it to medium heat and break it apart as it cooks until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. If it's greasy, pour off any extra fat. Dust flour over the sausage. Stir it so everything gets coated. Gently pour in 2 cups milk while mixing. Keep the gravy moving so it thickens for about 10 minutes. When it reaches the right texture, season with ground black pepper and put it aside.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Kick up the flavors by adding chives, bacon bits, or splashing on your favorite hot sauce. Works great for a big breakfast or brunch crowd.
