Coat each donut hole in the glaze while they're still hot. Dig in right away.

Mix powdered sweetener and a splash of water in a bowl. Keep mixing until it turns smooth and drippy like a glaze.

Pop the dough balls in your air fryer basket. Cook them at 400°F (204°C) for about 6–7 minutes until they're golden. Or use an oven at the same temp and bake until you spot a light brown color.

Split your dough into 20 bits, each around 15 grams. Roll them up so they're nice and round.

Toss the flour, yogurt, and monk fruit sweetener in your bowl. Mix and really dig in with your hands to make one smooth dough.
