# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup self-rising flour
02 - 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat)
03 - 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener, zero calorie

05 - Add water as you go

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Coat each donut hole in the glaze while they're still hot. Dig in right away.
02 - Mix powdered sweetener and a splash of water in a bowl. Keep mixing until it turns smooth and drippy like a glaze.
03 - Pop the dough balls in your air fryer basket. Cook them at 400°F (204°C) for about 6–7 minutes until they're golden. Or use an oven at the same temp and bake until you spot a light brown color.
