# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 big eggs
02 - 2/3 cup milk
03 - 1/4 cup plain flour
04 - 1/4 cup white sugar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
08 - 8 fat slices of bread (like Texas Toast)
09 - 2 full cups crunchy rice cereal or smashed corn flakes

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Get your griddle hot at 350°F or warm up a skillet on medium heat.
02 - Pour cereal onto a flat dish or plate.
03 - Throw eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla into a blender or bowl. Mix it good. Don't worry about tiny flour clumps if you're using a whisk.
04 - Soak each bread slice in the egg mix on both sides, then push it into the cereal coating each side well.
05 - Drop a bit of butter on your hot griddle or skillet. Put your coated bread on and let it cook until golden on one side. Then flip and brown the other side too.
