01 - 900 g beef steak, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
02 - 4 medium potatoes, diced
03 - 240 ml beef broth
04 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 240 ml sour cream
06 - 60 g green onions, chopped
07 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
08 - 5 ml garlic powder
09 - 5 ml onion powder
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Cut beef steak into 2.5 cm cubes and dice the potatoes evenly.
02 - Arrange beef cubes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with diced potatoes, pour over beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
