Cut beef steak into 2.5 cm cubes and dice the potatoes evenly.

Arrange beef cubes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with diced potatoes, pour over beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.

Gently stir in shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream until blended. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
