01 - 3-4 chicken breasts without skin and bones, sliced into thirds (or just use chicken tenders)
02 - 1/4 cup regular flour
03 - 2-3 tablespoons butter or oil

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Lightly dust chicken pieces with flour and shake off any extra before putting them on a plate.
02 - Get a big skillet nice and hot with 2-3 tablespoons butter or oil over high heat.
03 - Put half your chicken in the hot pan and cook until brown on each side for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper while they're cooking.
04 - Take out the first batch, add more butter or oil if you need to, and brown the remaining chicken pieces.
