Crispy poultry chunks with feta and hot-sweet honey topping, ideal for exciting taste buds.

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones
02 - 1/2 cup broken up feta cheese
03 - 1 cup panko crumbs
04 - 1/2 cup plain flour
05 - 2 eggs, big ones
06 - 1 teaspoon powder from garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika with smoky flavor
08 - 1/2 teaspoon regular salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 2 tablespoons oil, olive or plain

→ Hot Honey Sauce

11 - 1/2 cup pure honey
12 - 1-2 teaspoons spicy sauce
13 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper bits
14 - 1 tablespoon vinegar from apple cider

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C). Cut or flatten chicken breasts so they're even. Add a bit of salt and pepper to the meat.
02 - Make a coating station with three flat dishes. Mix flour with garlic powder, smoky paprika, salt, and pepper in the first one. Beat eggs in the second dish. Put panko crumbs and feta cheese together in the third. Roll each piece of chicken in flour and tap off extra. Then dunk in egg mix, letting drips fall off. Last, push into the panko-feta mix to cover all sides.
03 - Pour oil in a big pan and warm it up on medium. Brown the coated chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until it looks golden. Move to a baking tray and stick in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches 165°F (74°C) inside.
04 - While chicken's cooking, throw honey, spicy sauce, red pepper bits, and apple cider vinegar in a small pot. Warm it slowly, mixing until everything blends nicely. Take off the heat when done.
05 - Pour lots of hot honey sauce over your crunchy chicken. Throw on more feta, some parsley, or red pepper bits if you want. Serve right away with stuff like roasted veggies, mashed spuds, or a nice fresh salad.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want it spicier? Just toss in more hot sauce or some cayenne into your honey mix.
02 - Need a gluten-free option? Just swap out for gluten-free flour and crumbs.
03 - You can use an air fryer at 375°F for 12-15 minutes if you'd rather, but flip it halfway.
