Line up the coated tortellini in your air fryer—don’t crowd them. Air fry in batches if you have to and toss midway. Let them cook for 8 to 10 minutes until they get golden and crisp.

Set your air fryer to 190°C to preheat. Spritz the basket a bit with cooking spray so nothing sticks.

Once drained, dump the tortellini back in the bowl. Add Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian spice mix, and some salt. Use a spatula to give everything a gentle toss, making sure every bite is covered.

Put your tortellini in a big bowl. Pour enough hot water to cover them completely. Let them sit for a few minutes—about 3 is plenty—then make sure to drain off all the water.
