01 -
Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 Celsius). Line a jelly roll pan 10 by 15 inches with parchment.
02 -
In a big bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Stir it well till everything's smooth, following your package or homemade guidance.
03 -
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spread it evenly. Bake for around 12 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick pushed inside comes out clean.
04 -
As the cake bakes, cover a clean kitchen towel thickly with powdered sugar. Once the cake is done, flip it right onto the towel, peel off the parchment, then roll it up from the short side while still warm. Let it cool fully.
05 -
Beat the softened cream cheese with butter until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing till creamy. Fold in crushed Oreos carefully so they're spread out evenly.
06 -
Unroll the cooled cake gently. Evenly spread the Oreo cream cheese mix all over the cake.
07 -
Roll the cake back up gently, keeping the filling inside. Wrap it tight in plastic and chill for at least an hour till it's firm.
08 -
Take off the plastic wrap from the roll. Drizzle melted white chocolate over it, then top with whole Oreos and scatter some crushed Oreos on top.
09 -
Slice the roll into pieces and serve right away.
