Cinnamon Cream Rolls (Printable Version)

Baked crisp bread sticks with a creamy center, dusted in cinnamon sugar. Super quick, sweet, and so tasty you can't stop at one.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - Cut crusts off 16 white bread slices

→ Cheese Mixture

02 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1 small tub of cream cheese, let it get soft (8 ounces)

→ Coating

04 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground up
05 - Melt 3/4 cup unsalted butter
06 - 1 cup white sugar

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment. Pop the coated rolls onto the sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes till you see a lovely golden color.
02 - Wrap the bread up tight with the filling inside. Dip each one in that melted butter, then seriously roll it in the cinnamon sugar so it's covered everywhere.
03 - Once you've taken the crusts off, lay the slices down and flatten them out with your rolling pin. Slap a bit of your cream cheese stuff on each one.
04 - Pour your melted butter into a bowl. You'll need this for dipping later.
05 - In another bowl, dump in your sugar and cinnamon, and give it a good stir so they're blended up.
06 - Toss your cream cheese in a bowl, add powdered sugar, and use a mixer or spoon to mash them together till it looks smooth.

# Additional Notes:

01 - You'll want to eat these warm. Let them sit for a minute or two so you don't burn your mouth on the hot filling.
