06 - 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
07 - 7 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded

09 - 1.5 cups whole milk
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Melt butter on medium heat in a saucepan. Stir in flour and cook for about a minute. Slowly whisk in milk until thickened. Mix in cream cheese till smooth. Then add ranch dressing and garlic powder and stir it all up.
03 - Grease a 9x13 pan and spread some sauce on the bottom. Place 3 noodles over the sauce. Scatter one-third of chicken, bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and sauce evenly on top.
