Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Melt butter on medium heat in a saucepan. Stir in flour and cook for about a minute. Slowly whisk in milk until thickened. Mix in cream cheese till smooth. Then add ranch dressing and garlic powder and stir it all up.

Grease a 9x13 pan and spread some sauce on the bottom. Place 3 noodles over the sauce. Scatter one-third of chicken, bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and sauce evenly on top.

Do the same layering two more times with noodles, chicken, bacon, cheese, and sauce to make three layers total.

Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.

Take off the foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until the top looks golden and bubbly.

Let it sit for 10 minutes so it sets up. Sprinkle parsley if you want, then cut into slices and enjoy.
