Pop the grilled patties onto buns, then pile on tomato slices, lettuce, and all your favorite toppings. Dig in while it's hot.

Set the patties onto your hot grill and let them cook without fussing. Flip each after five minutes or so, and cook the other side till your thermometer says at least 160°F (71°C)—that means they're ready.

Scoop up the meat mix and shape it gently into patties, making sure they're kind of the same size so they’ll cook right.

Toss beef, ranch mix, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon into a big bowl and give everything a good but easy mix—don't squish it too hard.
