Iced Matcha Drinks (Printable Version)

Chilled matcha gets a pop from tart lime, crisp apple, cool mint, and a splash of maple syrup over ice.

# What You'll Need:

01 - Ice cubes, however many you like
02 - Fresh mint leaves, a small handful
03 - Thin apple slices
04 - Round lime slices
05 - Cold water, 1 quart
06 - Natural maple syrup, 1 to 3 teaspoons, use what you like
07 - Matcha green tea powder, 1 teaspoon

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Give everything in the pitcher a gentle mix so all the flavors get together nicely. Pour into glasses right away with extra fruit and mint on top if you want.
02 - Toss in the mint leaves, lime rounds, some apple slices, and all the ice you want into the pitcher.
03 - Add the matcha blend from before into a pitcher, then pour in cold water. Leave enough space for your ice.
04 - Stir in maple syrup to taste right into your dissolved matcha mixture. Make sure it blends in.
05 - Grab a small bowl, sprinkle in your matcha powder, add about 1/3 cup hot water, and whisk it well until there aren't any clumps left.

# Additional Notes:

01 - If apples aren't your thing, try tossing in some fresh berries for a new spin.
02 - Want fewer carbs? Use stevia or monk fruit sweetener instead of maple syrup.
