01 -
Let the banana chips sit on a wire rack until cool. Once they're no longer warm, you can munch on them right away or pop them into a sealed container to keep them fresh for up to 3 days.
02 -
Pop the slices into your air fryer at 150°C. Flip them over after half of the time. Start checking at 12 minutes; you're looking for golden bits with some crunch. You might need up to 15 minutes total.
03 -
Lay out the banana slices so none of them are touching each other in the air fryer basket. Do a couple of rounds if you can't fit them all at once.
04 -
Use your brush to cover both sides of the banana slices with butter or coconut oil. Toss each side in cinnamon sugar so they're coated nicely.
05 -
Dump the cinnamon and sugar into a little bowl and stir till they're combined well.
06 -
Chop the bananas into thin, even coins—about as thick as a coin—after peeling them. You can use a sharp knife or a mandoline if you have one.
