Pull it out of the oven and just let it sit for about five minutes. That way, it's easier to serve up and everything tastes better.

Scatter that shredded mozzarella all over the top. Then slide the pan into the oven. Bake about 25–30 minutes. Cheese should get all bubbly and a little golden. Chicken will be cooked all the way through.

Throw the spinach into your greased dish, spreading it out. Layer the chicken over the spinach, then cover the chicken with that creamy cheese mixture.

Toss the soft cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and some salt into a bowl. Whisk until it’s nice and smooth.

Rub the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Warm up some olive oil in a big pan on medium-high. Sear the chicken 2–3 minutes each side until it gets some color. Take off the heat.
