09 - 227 g (8 ounces) cream cheese, soft

11 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pull it out of the oven and just let it sit for about five minutes. That way, it's easier to serve up and everything tastes better.
02 - Scatter that shredded mozzarella all over the top. Then slide the pan into the oven. Bake about 25–30 minutes. Cheese should get all bubbly and a little golden. Chicken will be cooked all the way through.
03 - Throw the spinach into your greased dish, spreading it out. Layer the chicken over the spinach, then cover the chicken with that creamy cheese mixture.
04 - Toss the soft cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and some salt into a bowl. Whisk until it’s nice and smooth.
05 - Rub the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Warm up some olive oil in a big pan on medium-high. Sear the chicken 2–3 minutes each side until it gets some color. Take off the heat.
