Chicken Burgers Corn Avocado (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Patties

01 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
03 - 2 scallions, chopped up small
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup shredded cheese (use Gouda, Provolone, or Cheddar, whatever you like)
06 - 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken thighs

→ Avocado Corn Salsa

07 - 1/2 lime, squeezed for juice
08 - salt and black pepper, however much you want
09 - 1 ear of fresh corn, cut the kernels off
10 - 1/8 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
11 - 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
12 - 1 big avocado, sliced up

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Scoop the salsa over your hot patties and dig in while it's still fresh.
02 - While your chicken patties are cooking, grab the corn and slice the kernels off. Toss the corn, sliced avocado, and cilantro into a bowl. Pour in the olive oil and lime. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper, then mix it all up nice and gentle.
03 - Heat your grill or a grill pan to medium. Drop the patties on and cook them for about 5 minutes per side. Make sure they're cooked all the way through before pulling them off.
04 - Scoop out 1/2 cup of the chicken mix at a time and make each scoop into a nice, even patty.
05 - Toss your ground chicken, cheese, chopped scallions, mayo, salt, and pepper into a bowl. Mix it all up so everything's spread out evenly, but don't go overboard.
