Chicken Avocado Ranch (Printable Version)

Pull-apart chicken, rich avocado, and cheddar cheese fill warm tortillas with Ranch for a super tasty, simple bite.

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 15 grams chopped fresh cilantro
05 - 60 milliliters Ranch dressing
06 - 120 grams shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 ripe avocado, diced
08 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast

09 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - If you want, cut the burritos up and eat them right away while they're still warm.
02 - Put the burritos in a hot skillet, seam side down. Let them get golden and kind of crisp, flipping them until all sides look good, about 2 or 3 minutes total.
03 - Put the filling down the middle of each tortilla, then tuck in the sides and roll them up tight so nothing falls out.
04 - Heat the flour tortillas for a bit in a dry pan or just nuke them in the microwave so they’re soft and bendy.
05 - Toss together your chicken, avocado, cheddar, ranch, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a big bowl. Mix it all up gently so every bite gets some of everything.

01 - If you warm up the tortillas first, they don’t bust apart when you fill and wrap them.
