→ Topping

23 - 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
24 - 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Combine room temperature butter with crushed garlic and fresh parsley in a small bowl. Put it aside for later.
02 - Rub the chicken breasts with oil then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and some pepper.
03 - Pour 1 tbsp oil into a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until crusty outside and 145-150°F inside. Let it cool a bit, then cut into small pieces or strips. Save for later.
04 - Using the same pan, warm up oil and melt butter over medium flame. Cook crushed garlic until you can smell it. Pour in heavy cream, add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper and chicken soup powder. Stir well and slowly mix in parmesan. Let it bubble until thick. Taste and fix seasoning if needed.
05 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Smear each bread half with some of your garlic butter mix. Pop them on a tray and bake for 7 minutes until they're a bit toasty.
06 - Pour some Alfredo sauce over each toasted bread piece. Cover with mozzarella, add chicken chunks, then pour more Alfredo sauce on top.
07 - Stick it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, cut into pieces, and serve with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Always let your chicken sit a while after cooking so the juices stay inside before you slice it up.
