# What You'll Need:

→ Meat Mixture

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 60 g breadcrumbs
03 - 60 ml whole milk
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

→ Filling

11 - 60 g cheddar cheese, grated

→ Glaze

12 - 120 ml ketchup
13 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Mix gently until just incorporated to maintain a tender texture.
03 - Scoop a tablespoon of the meat mixture, flatten into a disc, place a small mound of grated cheddar cheese in the center, and enclose the cheese with the meat. Roll gently to form a cohesive ball and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
04 - In a separate bowl, blend ketchup and mustard until uniform. Brush a layer of glaze over the surface of each meatloaf bite.
05 - Transfer the tray to the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
06 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with additional chopped parsley, and serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Avoid overmixing the meat to ensure a soft, delicate texture.
02 - Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a crisp salad for a balanced meal.
