# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - Season with salt and pepper as needed
02 - A half teaspoon onion powder
03 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
04 - Two tablespoons Cajun seasoning mix
05 - Two tablespoons olive oil
06 - 12 ounces rotini noodles
07 - Cut up two skinless chicken breasts into small pieces

→ Sauce

08 - Half cup chicken broth
09 - A cup of heavy cream
10 - One tablespoon butter
11 - Four cloves crushed garlic

→ Cheese Blend

12 - Half cup shredded cheddar
13 - Half cup grated Parmesan
14 - One cup shredded mozzarella

→ Finish

15 - Chopped parsley on top

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Cook your rotini in a big pot with salty water till it's just right. Drain it then leave it alone for now.
02 - Sprinkle the Cajun stuff, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken pieces. Get some olive oil hot in a big skillet on medium-high. Dump in the chicken and cook those chunks, flipping them until browned all over and cooked through, about 6 minutes. Move them out of the skillet when they're done.
03 - Toss your butter in that same pan—let it melt on medium. Dump in your chopped garlic and cook just a minute, till it smells great.
04 - Pour the cream and broth right in, let it all warm up till it starts bubbling gently.
05 - Mix in your mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan, stirring so the cheese melts down and the sauce gets creamy and smooth.
06 - Throw the drained noodles and chicken right into the skillet. Make sure everything gets coated in that cheesy spicy sauce.
07 - Let it cook another couple minutes so the flavors come together. Toss some chopped parsley on top and serve it up hot. Want more cheese? Go for it.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Keep your heat low when adding cheese. If it gets too hot, your sauce might split and get greasy.
