Cut your Italian bread down the middle and dig out some bread from inside to make room for all the good stuff.

Stuff your bread with the meat and veggie mix. Pile that provolone cheese right on top.

Stick your loaded bread in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until you see the cheese bubble and melt.
