04 - 1 cup diced onions
05 - 2 cups grated provolone cheese
06 - 3 tablespoons buttery garlic spread
07 - Salt as needed
08 - Pepper as needed
09 - Handful of parsley leaves for topping

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Get your oven hot at 190°C (375°F).
02 - Drop the buttery garlic spread in a hot pan and cook those onions and colorful peppers until they're soft.
03 - Toss in your thin beef slices, add some salt and pepper, and stir until the meat turns brown.
04 - Cut your Italian bread down the middle and dig out some bread from inside to make room for all the good stuff.
05 - Stuff your bread with the meat and veggie mix. Pile that provolone cheese right on top.
06 - Stick your loaded bread in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until you see the cheese bubble and melt.
07 - Let your creation sit for a bit after taking it out. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before cutting and serving while it's still warm.
