# What You'll Need:

→ Cookie Base

01 - 2 cups regular flour
02 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - ¾ cup melted unsalted butter
05 - 1 cup brown sugar, packed down
06 - ½ cup white sugar
07 - 1 tablespoon pure vanilla
08 - 1 whole egg
09 - 1 yolk from an egg
10 - 2 cups chocolate chips

→ Cream Cheese Mix

11 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
12 - ¼ cup white sugar
13 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (165°C) and put parchment on your cookie sheets.
02 - Grab a bowl and stir the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
03 - In a different bowl, stir the melted butter with both sugars until it's nice and blended.
04 - Mix in the vanilla, whole egg, and extra yolk until everything's combined well.
05 - Slowly add the flour mixture into the butter mix. Then fold your chocolate chips in.
06 - Using another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until it's smooth and creamy.
07 - Roll dough into balls, push a dent in each one, drop in some filling, then cover it up with more dough.
08 - Put your cookies on the sheet and bake for 15-18 mins until they're golden around the edges.
09 - Keep cookies on the hot sheet for 5 mins, then move them to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
