Brownie Cheesecake Cups (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Brownie Crust

01 - crumbled fudgy brownies, about 2 cups

→ Cheesecake Mix

02 - softened cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups
03 - powdered sugar, 1/2 cup
04 - vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
05 - heavy cream, 1 cup

→ Toppers & Extras

06 - extra brownie pieces, 1/2 cup
07 - caramel sauce, 1/4 cup
08 - chocolate ganache, 1/2 cup

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pop a lid or plastic wrap on your cups and stick them in the fridge for at least an hour to get everything set.
02 - Sprinkle some extra brownie bits and drizzle more ganache or caramel on top to dress it up.
03 - Keep layering brownie crumbs, cheesecake filling, and sauce drizzles until the cups are filled up.
04 - Add a thin drizzle of both chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
05 - Spoon or pipe a layer of the creamy cheesecake mix onto the brownies in each cup.
06 - Put around 2 to 3 tablespoons of crumbled brownies at the bottom of each jar or cup.
07 - Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix until it’s all softly combined.
08 - Using a mixer, whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl till it stands up in stiff peaks.
09 - Beat together soft cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until it’s nice and smooth.
