Heat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Put parchment in a springform pan and leave it aside. Mix butter and sugar till they're fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt while stirring. Slowly mix in flour bit by bit until just mixed. Throw in sprinkles and stir, then flatten the cookie mix into your pan bottom.

Grab a big bowl and blend cream cheese with sugar until completely smooth. Mix in the cake powder, vanilla, and eggs until everything's well combined.

Pour your creamy mixture over the cookie base. Pop it in the oven for 55-60 minutes until the middle is almost firm. Let it cool in your fridge for 4-6 hours before you eat it. If you want, add some whipped topping, sprinkles, or cookie bits on top.
