# What You'll Need:

01 - ½ cup soft butter
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 egg
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
05 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 ¼ cups plain flour
08 - ¼ cup colorful sprinkles

→ Creamy Topping

09 - 4 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, slightly room temperature
10 - ¾ cup white sugar
11 - ¾ cup yellow cake powder
12 - 2 teaspoons vanilla flavor
13 - 4 eggs

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Heat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Put parchment in a springform pan and leave it aside. Mix butter and sugar till they're fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt while stirring. Slowly mix in flour bit by bit until just mixed. Throw in sprinkles and stir, then flatten the cookie mix into your pan bottom.
02 - Grab a big bowl and blend cream cheese with sugar until completely smooth. Mix in the cake powder, vanilla, and eggs until everything's well combined.
03 - Pour your creamy mixture over the cookie base. Pop it in the oven for 55-60 minutes until the middle is almost firm. Let it cool in your fridge for 4-6 hours before you eat it. If you want, add some whipped topping, sprinkles, or cookie bits on top.
