# What You'll Need:

→ Assembly

01 - Half a bundle of romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
02 - A handful of beef bacon crumbles (about 3 tablespoons)
03 - A third of a cup of creamy Caesar sauce
04 - Shredded Parmesan, roughly half a cup
05 - Eight small flour tortillas

→ Chicken Layer

06 - 500 grams of ground chicken
07 - Two teaspoons garlic powder
08 - Salt to taste
09 - Pepper however much you want

→ For Cooking

10 - Avocado oil, just enough to slick the pan

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In your bowl, toss that ground chicken with the garlic powder, toss in some salt and a bunch of pepper. Get your hands in there and blend it until it's all nicely coated.
02 - Lay out a tortilla, gently press that seasoned chicken in a thin layer on one side so it sticks all over.
03 - Heat the skillet on medium-high, coat it lightly with avocado oil. Drop tortillas in, chicken-side down. Sear for two to three minutes until the chicken's browned and cooked through.
04 - Flip those over so the tortilla side gets a good crunch too. Leave it until it's golden and crispy.
05 - Stack on some lettuce, swirl on Caesar dressing, sprinkle on Parmesan, and finish it off with bacon crumbles. If you want, mix your lettuce and dressing first so that tangy zip covers every bit.
06 - Fold them up while they're still hot and crispy. Take a big bite while they're fresh.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Press the chicken right onto the tortilla so it cooks steady and doesn't fall apart in the pan.
02 - If you want it extra salad-y on top, mix the lettuce with the Caesar dressing ahead of time.
