01 -
Snip off the stem ends of your brussels sprouts, slice each one in half, and put them aside.
02 -
Turn your oven on to 400°F (200°C).
03 -
Choose your cooking container. Go with a non-stick ceramic iron dish or a regular baking sheet covered with parchment for easier cleanup afterward.
04 -
Warm up the butter till it's liquid and stir it with the olive oil. Take half of this mixture and spread it on the bottom of your dish using a brush or spoon.
05 -
Scatter the feta chunks across the greased surface. Press each brussels sprout half firmly down into the cheese layer. You can place them in tidy rows or just spread them around randomly.
06 -
Coat the tops of the brussels sprouts with your leftover butter-oil mix, then sprinkle your seasoning blend all over them.
07 -
Stick the dish in the hot oven for 25 minutes. After taking it out, don't touch it for 5-10 minutes.
08 -
Right after pulling the dish from the oven, pour the balsamic glaze over your brussels sprouts before serving.
