Once the wings are out, put them on a big plate. Toss green onions and sesame seeds all over just before digging in.

Lather the cooked wings with sauce. Slide them back in the oven until everything looks glossy—about 10 minutes does the trick.

Pop the wings, spread out on your baking tray, into the oven. Flip ‘em at the halfway point. They’ll need to bake for 30 minutes.

If you want your sauce stickier, blend water and cornstarch till smooth. Pour that mix in while the sauce’s on the stove, letting it bubble for a minute or two.

Toss brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes together in a pot. Let it heat up and bubble gently for around 5 minutes, stirring now and then.

Fire up the oven to 400°F (200°C). Get parchment paper spread over your big baking pan.
