Brazilian Limeade Creamy Drink (Printable Version)

A creamy, sweet-tart limeade from Brazil using limes, sugar, and condensed milk. This treat is extra refreshing and tastes bold.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Handful of ice cubes for each glass
02 - Pour in about 60 ml sweetened condensed milk to your liking
03 - Scoop in 100 grams of regular sugar
04 - Slice 5 whole limes, no need to peel
05 - Measure out 1.4 liters of cold, filtered water

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Drop some ice cubes into each glass. Pour your finished drink right on top. You can pop in some thin lime slices if you want to jazz it up.
02 - Clean the blender out, then pour the strained liquid back into it. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Whiz everything together so it's nice and frothy.
03 - Set a fine mesh strainer on a big bowl. Pour your blended mix through so the juice goes through but the chunky bits stay behind—toss those out.
04 - Throw your lime wedges, sugar, and filtered water in the blender. Blend until the limes disappear and it all looks smooth.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Stick with filtered or purified water to get the cleanest flavor.
02 - Blend the whole lime (yep, skin and all) for the classic tang, but don't skip straining it so it's not too bitter.
