Blueberry Tea Cooldown (Printable Version)

Beat the heat with this bright blue tea blend that's both sweet and cooling.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 6-8 cups water
02 - 3-4 family size cold brew tea bags, like Luzianne

→ Blueberry Syrup

03 - 2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed
04 - 2 cups water
05 - 1 cup white or cane sugar
06 - Juice from half a lemon

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Combine rinsed blueberries, 2 cups water, sugar, and lemon juice in a small pot. Turn heat to high until mixture starts bubbling.
02 - When you see a full boil happening, turn heat down to medium-low and let it bubble gently for 15 minutes.
03 - Take pot off the heat. Pour the mix through a strainer into a cup, then put it in the fridge while you make the tea. Throw away the leftover berry pulp.
04 - Pour 6 to 8 cups cold water into a glass pitcher. Drop in the cold brew tea bags and let them sit for 5 minutes.
05 - Pour your cooled blueberry syrup into the tea. Mix well until everything's combined.
06 - Fill glasses with ice, pour in your Blueberry Iced Tea, and drink right away.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Keep your tea in the fridge in a glass container for up to 3 days or until it starts tasting bitter.
